Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service, repair, and preventive maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment at our Sharjah facility. The role ensures that maintenance activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in line with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of low and medium voltage equipment, switchgear, control panels, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Review, prioritize, and allocate daily work orders to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution of repairs with the Maintenance Planning department.
• Liaise with end‑users to plan repairs, replacements, calibrations, and overhauls.
• Monitor spare‑part inventory, recommend stock levels, and follow up with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising electrical maintenance activities in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, switchgear, and control equipment.
• Ability to manage work orders, plan resources, and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and risk‑assessment processes.
