Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Innovo Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead installation activities on its infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will ensure that all electrical work aligns with design drawings, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating closely with site teams and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical foremen and site crews, allocating daily tasks across assigned areas.
• Monitor installation quality and enforce compliance with approved method statements.
• Prepare inspection requests, liaise with DEWA/SEWA/ADDC inspectors, and close punch items promptly.
• Plan manpower, material, and equipment needs; coordinate with stores and procurement to prevent shortages.
• Track progress against the project programme, flagging delays and coordinating sequencing with other disciplines.
• Oversee subcontractor crews, verify method‑statement compliance, and review daily reports and progress claims.
• Introduce modern tools and processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of electrical infrastructure site experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with DEWA, SEWA, and ADDC inspection requirements.
