Electrical Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Electronics Site Supervisor to lead our on‑site operations in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance and dismantling of electrical systems for construction equipment rental projects and events.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and safety standards.
• Manage primary and secondary cabling, electrical panels, and related equipment throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead technical teams, allocate tasks, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Oversee equipment deployment, installation, and dismantling for rental projects and events.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of site progress.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in site management within the equipment rental or construction sector.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
