Electrician – Hotel Maintenance (Dubai)

About the role

Accor is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its hotel maintenance team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all electrical systems across the property, supporting both daily operations and long‑term energy efficiency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical equipment including fire alarm systems and motor control centers.
• Assist fire‑alarm contractors with scheduled maintenance and provide condition reports.
• Conduct daily checks on lighting control, power systems, MV/LV service rooms, energy meters, transformer rooms, fire pump rooms, room management, water‑tank and BMS systems.
• Recommend improvements to optimise system efficiency and reduce energy costs.
• Prepare spare‑parts lists and support the supervisor in inventory management.
• Participate in the hotel’s energy‑conservation program and implement energy‑saving measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of electrical systems.
• Conversant in English.
