Electrician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join the maintenance team at a leading hotel in Dubai. The role involves ensuring all electrical systems across guest rooms, public areas and service zones operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep systems in optimal condition.
• Respond to electrical emergencies, troubleshoot issues and provide prompt resolutions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimise operational impact.
• Ensure all work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial or hospitality environments.
• Valid electrical certification or vocational training in electrical engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
