Electroplating Engineer – Sales (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electroplating Engineer – Sales to join our Dubai operations. The role combines deep technical knowledge of electroplating and metal finishing with strong sales and client‑handling skills, particularly within the jewellery manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Promote electroplating chemicals, equipment, and related products.
• Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of electroplating processes and chemical handling.
• Experience in metal finishing operations and metalworking machine environments.
• Proven sales and client‑handling experience, preferably in jewellery or related manufacturing industries.
• Ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
