Elevator Mechanical Technician (Multi-Brand)

About the role

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various elevator and escalator systems from multiple manufacturers. Ensure compliance with safety standards through routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical faults and repair doors, hoisting systems, guide rails, and safety components.
• Respond to service calls, perform emergency repairs, and handle callbacks to prevent recurrence.
• Carry out installation, modernization, and refurbishment projects as required.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and address customer complaints.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in elevator and escalator maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with different elevator systems, controllers, drives, door operators, and safety devices.
• Good troubleshooting skills and experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE safety standards and industry regulations is an advantage.
