Emergency Response Planning Specialist – Emiratisation

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Safety team as an Emergency Response Planning Specialist – Emiratisation. You will design, implement and maintain a robust crisis‑management programme that protects people, assets and operations across the airline’s global route network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic emergency‑response frameworks and procedures aligned with CRP management and IOSA regulations.
• Research, design and deliver blended emergency‑response awareness programmes, including training and exercises.
• Conduct learning‑needs analysis and keep programmes current and relevant.
• Monitor quality of exercises and documentation, manage non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Test, evaluate and suggest enhancements for crisis‑management software applications.
• Produce statistical analysis reports to track performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Escalate issues through Safety Boards and senior management as required.
• Provide advice on best practices from other airlines and manage individual passenger emergencies, including coordination of repatriation, visas and logistics.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in emergency‑response planning, crisis management or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders and external agencies.
