About the role

Join Johnson Controls’ Emirati Engineering Associate program, a two‑year, full‑time development track based in Dubai. The program fast‑tracks recent engineering graduates into technical and sales roles across the Middle East and Africa, giving you hands‑on experience in building‑automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through six assignments covering Installation & Service Operations and Technical Sales.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and specifications to support system installations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
• Install, calibrate, maintain and repair building‑automation equipment.
• Provide technical support and clear communication to customers.
• Develop product knowledge and present solutions to non‑technical clients.
• Build and manage customer relationships, conduct market analysis and support sales negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Sustainability or related engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work across technical and commercial functions.
• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
