About the role

The Khatwaty High School Graduates Programme is an Emiratisation initiative for UAE nationals, offering a fast‑track entry into customer‑facing roles across Emirates and dnata. Participants receive on‑the‑job training and a clear pathway to supervisory positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑notch customer service at airport check‑in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Provide assistance to VIP, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.
• Handle cargo processing and ensure safety and security compliance.
• Perform aviation security duties such as surveillance, access control, and escort.
• Answer customer queries and provide information in the contact centre.

Required profile

• Valid UAE passport and, for males, completion of national service.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• High school certificate or A‑levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, wear a uniform and operate a PC.
