Engine Overhaul Engineer II (Emiratisation)

About the role

As an Engine Overhaul Engineer II you will lead the complete overhaul cycle of aircraft engines in Emirates Engineering’s state‑of‑the‑art workshop in Dubai. You will ensure every engine is returned to service meeting the highest safety, quality and airworthiness standards set by the OEM and regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute engine disassembly, inspection, repair and re‑assembly in accordance with OEM data and Emirates Engineering documentation.
• Mentor and guide engineers, senior technicians, technicians and mechanics, providing feedback and coaching to meet performance targets.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, paperwork and MRO ERP transactions for each engine.
• Utilise approved tooling, equipment and facilities while adhering to safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Report and mitigate safety or quality non‑conformances, lead toolbox talks and participate in operational meetings.
• Monitor team attendance, shift compliance and address conduct issues per company policy.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emiratisation requirement).
• Proven experience in aircraft engine overhaul processes.
• Strong knowledge of OEM maintenance data (ESM, IPC, CMM, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives).
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Use of approved tooling and specialised equipment.
• MRO ERP system transaction handling.
