About the role

Support design and detailing of steel structures under guidance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Perform steel member and connection design.
Support detailing and drawing preparation.
Prepare calculations and technical notes.
Coordinate with fabrication and detailing teams.
Assist seniors in design reviews.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's in Structural Engineering preferred).
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages preferred.
5–7 years of experience in structural steel design.
Experience with industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, and team leadership.
