Engineering Manager - Frontend

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Frontend Platform to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of a central frontend capability that supports multiple business areas, including client portals, websites, back‑office tools, CRM, trading platforms, and internal applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated Frontend Squad, overseeing Tech Leads, senior engineers, and developers.
• Define frontend ownership, technical direction, coding standards, and delivery expectations.
• Partner with Product, UX/UI, QA, Cloud, Security, Backend Engineering, and other Engineering Managers.
• Own the frontend architecture strategy, reusable component libraries, design patterns, and best practices.
• Guide teams in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, and related technologies.
• Drive consistency across UI architecture, performance, state management, API integration, and component design.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from planning through testing, release, and post‑release monitoring, removing blockers and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in frontend development.
• At least 120 months (10 years) of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, hire, and develop frontend talent.
