Engineering Manager – Gas Processing & Compression

About the role

KBR is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead gas processing and gas compression activities on a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive oil & gas experience and will involve managing multi‑million‑dollar EPC initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and execution for gas processing plants, pipelines and compression facilities.
• Oversee EPC project delivery, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project budgets.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore engineering teams and interface with project management consultants.
• Manage sour‑gas treatment and common utility infrastructure development.
• Ensure technical quality, safety and regulatory adherence across all project phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 + years of oil & gas engineering experience.
• At least 5 + years working on onshore and offshore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience on multi‑million‑dollar EPC and pipeline projects, including NGL pipeline networks.
