Engineering Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering department for a high‑profile offshore client of ADNOC. The role is based full‑time in Abu Dhabi and focuses on delivering complex oil, gas and new‑energies projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and company goals.
• Oversee the technical delivery of offshore and onshore projects within the Oil & Gas & New Energies business.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Provide engineering expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven track record in managing engineering departments on large‑scale energy projects.
• Experience working with offshore clients, preferably within the UAE energy sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
