Engineering Manager

About the role

KBR is seeking an Engineering Manager with extensive gas processing and compression experience to lead a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve overseeing multi‑million‑dollar oil and gas projects, ensuring delivery of pipeline and processing plant solutions aligned with ADNOC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams on gas processing, compression and pipeline projects.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar EPC and PMC contracts from concept to commissioning.
• Coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore activities, ensuring compliance with sour‑gas treatment and NGL pipeline requirements.
• Oversee development of common utilities and infrastructure for gas processing plants.
• Collaborate with ADNOC and other stakeholders to deliver project milestones on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas experience.
• Proven experience in EPC projects, gas pipeline and NGL pipeline networks.
• Background in multi‑million‑dollar projects and sour‑gas treatment facilities.
• Experience with pipeline, common utilities and infrastructure development in gas processing plants.
• At least 5 years on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
