Engineering Manager – Oil & Gas EPC Projects

About the role

KBR Engineering Inc is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a PMC project focused on NGL and gas processing in Abu Dhabi. The role demands strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversight of large‑scale EPC and FEED activities.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate EPC and detail engineering activities for mega projects exceeding USD 1 billion.
• Manage FEED studies, ensure technical compliance, and drive project execution from concept to commissioning.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and schedules.
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster a high‑performance engineering culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil & gas engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Proven track record delivering mega FEED/EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Extensive experience with NGL and gas processing plant projects.
