Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Faszination GmbH is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will oversee projects from conception through delivery, ensuring they meet time, scope, and budget targets while aligning with company and client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering project management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
