Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Elastic is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI‑powered search, observability and security platform across new mid‑market accounts in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as a trusted advisor to help organisations turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new logos within the assigned territory, managing the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Promote Elastic’s search, observability and security solutions, articulating value based on cloud economics and modern data architectures.
• Develop strategic business plans leveraging community, customer and partner ecosystems to drive territory growth.
• Serve as a technical advisor, demonstrating how Elastic’s platform solves complex data challenges.
• Champion Elastic’s open‑source heritage while highlighting commercial features.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling enterprise‑level software or cloud solutions to mid‑market customers.
• Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a value‑based selling approach.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
