Enterprise Risk Management Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager will lead the development, implementation and oversight of the company’s risk framework. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that risk policies align with corporate governance, regulatory requirements and the organization’s risk appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on ERM policies and approve enterprise risk reports.
• Maintain and update ERM risk registers across business units.
• Direct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews and authorize ORSA reporting.
• Design and approve risk reduction and business continuity strategies.
• Represent ERM during regulatory audits and internal risk reviews.
• Lead the implementation of ERM frameworks into strategic and operational planning.
• Oversee ERM data analytics to enhance risk reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory standards and solvency requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
