Enterprise Risk Management Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager will partner with business units to continuously identify, assess and mitigate risks across the organisation. This role ensures that risk policies, procedures, training, systems and controls are effectively implemented and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the risk management policy, framework and initiatives across all functions.
• Monitor macro‑economic, competitive and regulatory trends that could impact the business.
• Lead ongoing risk assessments to identify strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks.
• Launch and present the annual risk and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) survey to senior leadership.
• Develop, track and report on risk‑management action plans and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Maintain and present the residual risk profile and risk appetite statements.
• Provide regular risk reporting to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
• Facilitate risk‑management training, awareness campaigns and best‑practice sharing.
• Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) agenda, including BIA/BCP updates and testing.
• Validate preparedness through crisis simulations and BCM reflection activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise risk management or related risk‑assessment functions.
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders, risk champions and senior management.
• Strong analytical skills to track trends, develop risk dashboards and present findings.
• Experience preparing reports for audit committees, boards and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of business continuity planning and regulatory compliance requirements.
