Enterprise Sales Executive UAE

About the role

UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to lead the expansion of its automation platform across the United Arab Emirates. You will work directly with senior leaders of large enterprises, helping them understand the business impact of robotic process automation and driving adoption of UiPath’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market potential in the UAE and design sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new enterprise accounts.
• Promote UiPath’s brand through value‑based selling and executive presentations.
• Educate customers on financial and operational benefits of automation.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, local partners and global system integrators.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Management to ensure successful implementations and rapid issue resolution.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to product and management teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling business solutions to C‑level executives in large UAE organisations.
• Consistent quota attainment and a track record of expanding enterprise client portfolios.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and influencing skills.
