Enterprise Sales Lead – SaaS & AI Solutions

About the role

You will lead high‑stakes enterprise deals across the region, building trusted relationships with C‑level executives and driving sustainable revenue growth for a fast‑growing AI‑focused company. This senior position focuses on expanding the company’s footprint by acquiring new enterprise customers and deepening existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close large, complex SaaS and AI solution deals with multi‑stakeholder decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate, actionable customer data in Salesforce, including use cases, timelines, next steps, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with system integrators and hyperscalers to drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven success meeting sales quotas in SaaS or AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, self‑motivated, with excellent pipeline management and prioritisation skills.
• Fluent English and proficiency in the local language.
• Hunter mentality with a track record of generating new leads and closing deals.
• Established relationships with C‑level executives and senior decision‑makers in large enterprises.
