About the role
The Entry-Level Administrative Professional – Operations & Office Support (Remote) ensures day‑to‑day business operations run smoothly. This early‑career role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual eager to learn how modern remote organizations function.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to internal teams, including scheduling, calendar coordination and meeting preparation.
- Maintain and update internal documents, trackers and shared resources, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Support onboarding of new team members by coordinating documentation and initial setup tasks.
- Assist with basic reporting, data entry and record management, following established procedures.
- Identify and propose improvements to streamline administrative processes and increase efficiency.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests, communicating clearly across remote teams.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations or support role (internships accepted).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

- Basic familiarity with CRM or internal systems (optional).
