About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic entry‑level Baristas to join our dynamic team, delivering handcrafted coffee and exceptional customer experiences across our outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, teas and specialty items.
- Greet customers, take orders, provide recommendations and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Maintain equipment such as coffee machines, grinders and blenders, ensuring safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies, assist with inventory and collaborate with teammates for smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Ability to interact clearly with customers and team members.
- Passionate about creating positive guest experiences.
Required skills
- Operation of POS systems.
- Cash handling.
- Use of coffee machines and related equipment.
