Entry-Level Human Resources Officer

About the role

Join a close‑knit HR team supporting five hospitality venues in Dubai. As an entry‑level Human Resources Officer you will experience the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to off‑boarding and employee engagement—while contributing fresh ideas and digital creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews and offer letters.
• Welcome new hires, coordinate arrivals, and deliver orientation sessions.
• Assist with employee administration such as visas, contracts, insurance and record keeping.
• Help manage off‑boarding and maintain accurate HR reports.
• Organise and deliver training sessions across venues and maintain the digital learning platform.
• Create and communicate internal posters, infographics, newsletters and capture photos for internal and social media use.
• Use AI and other digital tools to streamline routine HR tasks and propose practical improvements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality or an F&B professional transitioning to HR.
• Strong curiosity for all HR functions and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Confidence with design tools such as Canva, a good eye for photography and interest in AI.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Energetic, positive attitude and the autonomy to take ownership of tasks.
