Equipment Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Instructor to lead classroom and on‑site training programs focused on crane equipment. The successful candidate will ensure that employees operate cranes safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training sessions for specific crane models.
• Instruct employees on safe and efficient crane operation and related operating procedures.
• Educate trainees about potential causes of accidents, damages, and safety hazards in the work area.
• Monitor and achieve training‑related KPIs, managing time and resources to deliver courses effectively.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation, and training abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with various port‑related crane types.
• Relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH.

Required skills

• Crane operation expertise.
• NEBOSH (or equivalent) safety certification.
