ERP Process Engineer – Manufacturing

About the role

The ERP Process Engineer will collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, quality and IT teams to analyse and improve manufacturing workflows. The role supports the implementation, configuration and continuous enhancement of ERP and PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, engineering and quality functions.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Translate requirements into ERP/PLM solutions, configure modules for BOM, routing, product lifecycle and manufacturing operations.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations and continuous enhancements, ensuring integration with MES and supply‑chain systems.
• Maintain and optimise product structures, BOMs and engineering data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop training materials, user guides and deliver end‑user training, providing post‑go‑live support.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance and lead process‑efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in production, engineering, supply chain, quality and IT.
• Proven ability to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP and PLM system implementation or configuration in a manufacturing environment.
