About the role
Our client, a leading fit‑out contractor in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager to lead the estimating department and support multiple high‑value projects. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical abilities and a proven track record in turnkey construction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional support and managerial responsibility for several projects and the estimating department.
- Coordinate and review multiple estimates simultaneously, including large‑scale bids.
- Develop and maintain estimating procedures and a resource library.
- Formulate win strategies, review pricing, scheduling and project cost reports.
- Maintain relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Required profile
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in turnkey construction.
- At least 3 years in a senior estimating or management role.
- Experience with reputable UAE companies.
