Estimator & Construction Administrator

About the role

Bronze Electromechanical Bros is looking for an Estimator/Construction Administrator to support its growing projects in Abu Dhabi. You will handle payroll, manage estimates, and ensure smooth administrative flow while interacting with clients and supervising staff.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Perform construction estimating, take‑offs, and cost analysis.
• Receive and serve customers, handling inquiries and documentation.
• Supervise personnel and coordinate daily site activities.
• Manage shop purchases, inventory control, and procurement.
• Carry out general administrative duties to support project execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in construction management or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management and estimating software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
