About the role
The Emirates Water & Electricity Company (EWEC) is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Lead to design, implement and manage its ethics, compliance and data‑privacy programmes across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and roll out strategies, frameworks and programmes that meet current and future legal, regulatory and ADQ compliance requirements.
- Lead the definition, planning and delivery of ethics and compliance initiatives, working closely with the Head of Ethics and Compliance.
- Oversee the ethics and compliance programme, policy framework, data‑privacy programme, disclosure processes and incident‑management system.
- Promote a culture of ethical behaviour through training, awareness campaigns and regulatory support.
Required profile
- Strong background in compliance, with at least 7 years (84 months) of relevant experience.
