Event Account Manager – Client Servicing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Account Manager – Client Servicing to own the client relationship from the first inquiry through final event delivery and post‑event follow‑up. This hands‑on, client‑facing role requires a solid understanding of the event‑production process to manage expectations, identify risks early, and coordinate internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs and coordinate creative and production resources.
• Manage proposals, commercial terms, approvals, and budget tracking.
• Oversee event execution from brief to close‑out, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE‑based experience in event management, experiential, exhibition, brand activation or integrated creative agency.
• Direct experience in client servicing or account management (not solely sales, marketing, admin or business development).
• Proven track record managing events from concept through delivery and close‑out.
• Practical knowledge of the UAE events and production environment.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Willingness to accept the compensation package of AED 10,000 + commission.
