Event Manager – Brand Marketing (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Manager to join our Brand Marketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing brand events across the GCC, ensuring each event delivers an exceptional brand experience and meets business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute a variety of brand events across the GCC, including pop‑up stores, fashion shows, showrooms, PR/media events and partnership activations.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets and execution plans aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with internal cross‑functional teams such as PR, Creative, Social Media, KOL Marketing, Merchandising and Operations.
• Manage external agencies, production vendors, venues, suppliers and event partners to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee event logistics, production, venue setup, staffing and on‑site execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Identify potential risks and create proactive contingency plans.
• Measure event performance, prepare post‑event reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and introduce innovative event ideas to enhance brand impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning or event marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale events from concept through execution.
• Strong project‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across GCC countries and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
