Event Organizer & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of premium events while driving our marketing initiatives. The role blends event management expertise with strategic marketing to boost brand awareness and generate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute weddings, engagements, corporate events and private functions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics and on‑site operations.
• Develop creative event concepts, themes and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns to promote events, products and services.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content and collaborate with designers.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.
• Coordinate with influencers, media partners and third‑party vendors for marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in event planning, event management or marketing.
• Strong background in organizing luxury weddings, engagements and premium private functions.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Arabic language proficiency and UAE driving licence are preferred.
