Event Planner

About the role

The Bato Clinic is seeking a dynamic Event Planner to design and execute a variety of events within the medical and healthcare sector. This role combines creative event concepts with meticulous logistical coordination to support the clinic’s branding and outreach initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the clinic’s objectives.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate suppliers, venues, and timelines.
• Develop and oversee advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to promote events.
• Create innovative event concepts and promotional ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans for each event.

Required profile

• Female Arab national preferred and bilingual.
• Minimum Diploma education.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in event planning or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as event schedules demand.
