Event Sales & Commercial Manager

About the role

Join MENA Live Events in a fast‑paced environment where you will drive commercial sponsorships and exhibition sales for the UAE’s flagship consumer festivals. The role demands a self‑starter who can build strong client relationships and deliver revenue targets across multiple events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing markets within the company’s event portfolio.
• Lead the direct sales team to sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages, meeting and exceeding revenue budgets.
• Present event benefits to large groups of potential exhibitors and sponsors.
• Network with trade associations, third‑party partners, and industry press to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly to senior management.
• Manage event sales budgets, invoicing, and collections in line with contract terms.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of exhibition sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and sponsorship targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and travel to Dubai as needed.
