About the role

The Events Executive supports the Event Manager in delivering high‑quality events that align with Hermes’ brand standards and business objectives. This role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Event Manager in updating and implementing the event agenda.
Deliver events on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, internal policies, and regulations.
Maintain supplier relationships, source appropriate vendors, negotiate costs, and supervise their activities.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, commercial, retail, and communication departments to align event execution.
Travel to sites to inspect arrangements, resolve issues, and ensure event readiness.
Build relationships with external partners, ensure attendee satisfaction, and monitor regional trends.
Support the Event Manager with reporting on budgets, ROI, and post‑event feedback.
