About the role
INK Communications is seeking an Events & Exhibitions Sales Manager to lead the full‑cycle delivery of events and exhibitions across the United Arab Emirates. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will combine sales expertise with event‑management skills to drive revenue and ensure flawless execution for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution of events and exhibitions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and deliver high‑quality experiences.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
Required profile
- Proficiency in event planning, event management and private‑event organization.
- Strong sales background with a proven ability to acquire and manage client accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE events industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in exhibition or events sales is highly preferred.
