Executive - Air Freight

About the role

AIT Worldwide Logistics in Dubai is looking for an Executive – Air Freight to manage the day‑to‑day export and import of international freight shipments. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence and a world‑class customer experience for the energy vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end air freight operations, ensuring efficient cargo handling and on‑time shipment execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve operational challenges, mitigate risks and ensure seamless movement of shipments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet operational KPIs, customer satisfaction targets and business objectives.
• Monitor costs, optimise resources and drive profitability through effective budget and vendor management.
• Ensure accurate billing, revenue capture and vendor cost bookings in line with company procedures.
• Negotiate rates and capacity with airlines and logistics partners to support customer requirements.
• Maintain compliance with aviation, customs, safety and regulatory requirements.
