Executive Assistant – Sales (Real Estate)

About the role
We are partnering with a semi‑government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi to hire an Executive Assistant – Sales. You will support the Executive Director, Commercial, providing high‑level administrative assistance and ensuring smooth execution of sales and commercial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and handle confidential correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, approvals and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sales projects.
- Assist with sales‑related initiatives, producing complex documents, reports and presentations as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting C‑level executives, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a fast‑paced environment.
