About the role
This temporary, full‑time position supports the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at DWTC Exhibitions. You will manage the SVP’s office, coordinate daily activities, and act as a liaison between the SVP and internal or external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the SVP’s office, including visitor reception, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Assist the SVP and departments under Corporate Operations with day‑to‑day business concerns and complaints.
- Disseminate top‑management information and ensure proper implementation.
- Prepare onboarding documentation such as HR requisition forms and business case forms.
- Utilise ERP and Fusion systems for data entry, reporting, and issue tracking.
- Raise and follow up on legal portal issues, P&C requisitions, and IT/hospitality requests.
- Support external auditors and internal customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- University graduate (any discipline).
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong leadership, honest, responsible, and customer‑centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward work.
