Executive Butler – Butler Manager

About the role

The Executive Butler leads St. Regis Dubai’s iconic Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests from pre‑arrival through departure. As the department head, you will shape the guest experience and drive the team’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Butler services, ensuring standards exceed guest expectations.
• Manage pre‑arrival preparations, Butler Service Desk operations, and on‑site Butler staff.
• Coordinate closely with other hotel departments to provide seamless service.
• Build relationships with VIP and repeat guests, tailoring experiences to individual preferences.
• Monitor and improve guest and associate satisfaction metrics.
• Drive financial performance of the Butler department.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of Butler, guest‑relations or related experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completion of a formal Butler training program.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and technology aptitude.
• Passion for luxury service and uncompromising standards.
