Executive Director – Client Group (MEA)

About the role

The Executive Director, Client Group MEA will lead relationship management and business development across the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, private banks and wealth platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, regional and international private banks, and wealth management platforms.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate new opportunities and drive assets under management growth.
• Develop and execute the ME business development strategy in line with regional objectives.
• Lead prospect, consultant and client meetings, coordinating with investment, product and marketing teams to tailor solutions.
• Act as primary or backup contact for tier‑1 institutional clients and prospects, overseeing onboarding and ongoing service.
• Research market opportunities, respond to ad‑hoc client enquiries, and prepare RFP/RFI responses and presentations.
• Provide business intelligence on market trends and competitive strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in relationship management with UHNWIs, family offices and private banking channels.
• Strong track record of business development and AUM growth in the MEA region.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across investment, product and marketing functions.
• Degree‑level education.
