Executive Director of Marketing – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The company, a leading ultra‑luxury developer in the UAE, is seeking an Executive Director of Marketing to shape and execute the marketing strategy for its high‑end real estate and lifestyle portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for building world‑class brand positioning, driving integrated campaigns and enhancing customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy, positioning and long‑term equity building for luxury developments.
• Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across real estate, hospitality and lifestyle experiences.
• Oversee PR, media relations, executive visibility and reputation management.
• Direct digital marketing, CRM strategy and AI‑driven customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage broker and partner marketing programmes and align the customer contact centre with brand and conversion goals.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, sales, development, HR and external agency partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in luxury marketing, branding, PR and communications.
• Proven leadership experience within luxury brand environments, preferably in real estate, hospitality, fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale, multi‑market campaigns and work with global creative agencies.
• UAE or regional market exposure is advantageous.
