Executive Director – Private Banker (UAE)

About the role

As an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's Private Banking division, you will lead the acquisition and retention of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across the United Arab Emirates. The role combines deep investment knowledge, banking, trust services and comprehensive financial planning to deliver a seamless wealth‑management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and retain new UHNW clients throughout the UAE.
• Sell and implement investment, banking and trust/estate solutions tailored to core client needs.
• Coordinate specialist advisors (Investor, Capital, Trust, Wealth) to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex portfolios.
• Maintain complete client profiles and ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan risk‑management policies.
• Build trusted relationships and continuously align product offerings with client goals.

Required profile

• Significant private‑banking experience serving UHNW individuals and families in the UAE market.
• Proven business‑development track record with strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or be free of mandatory military service.
