About the role
The Chairman & Board of a leading organization in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide top‑level administrative support and manage complex corporate events.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls and communications on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients and external stakeholders.
- Organise corporate events, board meetings, conferences and executive functions, including venue bookings, vendor coordination and guest management.
- Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses and ensure smooth execution from planning to post‑event follow‑up.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transportation for executives and event attendees.
- Support special projects and personal tasks assigned by executives while maintaining confidential records.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
- Proven ability to run a C‑level administration office and manage corporate events.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion handling confidential information.
