About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman & Board in Dubai. This role combines high‑level administrative duties with event management, ensuring seamless daily operations and successful corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls, and communications on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Organize corporate events, board meetings, conferences, and executive functions, including venue bookings, vendor coordination, logistics, and guest management.
- Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure post‑event follow‑up.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for executives and event attendees.
- Support special projects and personal tasks assigned by executives while maintaining confidential records.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
- Proven track record in running C‑level administration offices and managing corporate events.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
