Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for guests and internal departments, using sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty for the Marriott brand. This full‑time position is based at the Business Bay location in Dubai and supports the Sales & Marketing team with a variety of administrative and guest‑service duties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and problems, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Apply sales techniques to upsell services and maximise revenue while preserving guest loyalty.
• Process Marriott Rewards points redemption, reservations, changes and cancellations via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter reservation and rewards data into the Marriott system accurately.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs and provide courteous assistance.
• Support team collaboration, monitor performance standards and ensure quality expectations are met.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
