About the role

Join Miral Experiences, the region’s leader in immersive attractions, as an Executive Sous Chef. You will drive culinary innovation across multiple Food & Beverage venues, shaping menu concepts, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead culinary innovation by creating new menu items, recipes, presentations, and seasonal offerings.
• Design and structure menus, including naming, descriptions, pricing recommendations, and promotional items.
• Ensure culinary quality assurance across all venues, maintaining consistency, taste, presentation, and food standards.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize recipes, batch production procedures, and preparation methodologies.
• Establish plating, display, garnish, packaging, and service standards.
• Analyze sales mix and performance data to recommend menu enhancements and revenue opportunities.
• Support labor planning, food cost optimization, and overall prime‑cost control.
• Contribute to operational planning, staffing strategies, and cross‑venue coordination.

Required profile

• Highly experienced culinary leader with a proven track record in menu development and cost management.
• Minimum of 10 years (120 months) experience in senior kitchen roles.
• Ability to work across multiple venues and collaborate with executive chefs and F&B operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and driving revenue growth.
