About the role

Le Pain Français Bakery Products Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled Baker to join its production team at Dubai Investment Park. The role involves preparing a wide range of bread and bakery items while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various breads and pastries according to standardized recipes.
• Measure, mix, and handle dough, fillings, and creams with precision.
• Operate and maintain ovens and other bakery equipment safely.
• Monitor baking temperatures, timing, and product quality to ensure consistency.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Follow food‑safety and workplace‑safety regulations.
• Minimize waste and manage ingredient stock efficiently.
• Collaborate with the production team and perform additional bakery tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or food‑production environment.
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and production processes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and handle flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and food‑safety standards.
